I have 2 petal skirts, one with a veil for sale. I got them from W3 on ebay and don't wear them. They have 12 chiffon 'petals', suitable for tribal or cabaret styles and can be worn alone or layered over pants or other skirts.

The veil is your standard rectangle veil.
