I just got a new stock of dancing isis wings with so many fabulous colors! Iridescent, Crinkle, Taffeta, and Two Tone colors which are sparkly, pretty, shimmery, and elegant. They glisten in the sun and sparkle on stage and on camera!

Hot pink w/multi colors ruffle garter "cha cha" chaps

That's about how to describe them! These are SO COOL. I love them but have only worn them for halloween once.

These were attached to a bikini bottom, but they were used when I got them, and the bikini was so stretched and wrecked I took the garters off and re-attached the garters w/ruffles to a hot pink thick lycra plain hipscarf. The spacing for the garters would fit someone with a larger hipsize than me, maybe 37"or more. but the elastic around the thighs fits me good, I am generally a pant size 5 or 7. The hip size of course can be made smaller if you put elastic in the hipscarf, or just take it in.
My skirt length from hip to floor is 35", so that is about the length of them.
The ruffles are made of organza and are hot pink, orange, and yellow. These are fully lined.
The garters and hipscarf are 2 different but really similar hot pink lycra. The garters are re-inforced with ribbon so they don't stretch.
The hipscarf is doubled fabric.

Asking $60, shipping is extra.

Red Samia bra 40B/C skirt 40-45" $500

I've worn this costume 2 times in public, and they were both for photo shoots (never performed in it). I've lost 40lbs since I first got the costume and I just can't make the skirt stay on anymore. :-(

Bra is 44" long (currently set at 39"), C cup... could even be a B cup (it seems small to me).

Skirt stretches to 45 1/2" and is really heavy! I'm at 40" and its obviously to big, so you need to have a booty to work it... or a better booty than mine ;-)

Asking $500 and shipping (weights around 6lbs) includes, veil (not the one pictured), headband, 2 wrist cuffs and 2 ankle cuffs (once I find them again :-D

Plus sized dancers, I need a gown! HELP!

Ladies, first let me say that funds are limited.Nothing over $400? I need a gown for a parade on May 17th. I'm a little particular about what I need. (I know- a gown for under 4 and picky- Lord help us all!) Egyptian-ish? I'm a size 14 or 16, but I need the bra to fit a 40 D- a REAL 40 D:). I also don't want any sheer around the middle, specially in the back. It can have cut outs in the frint, like belly button-ish, or even a super plunge, cause I can get mesh sewn into it, and I like the boobs to be prominent as I don't mind showing them:) but I HAVE to cover up the "spare tires" in the back.

strap- 21inches ... straps have been adjusted and moved out from the center (they were to close)... i had to pin them together in the back to make them tight enough because they are so long.
missing the "eye" for the hook and eye... i will look for it but they came not sewed on orginally so you can place them where you need

belt- 19inches laying flat... also has hooks and eyes that can come off and be re-placed

Red Spiraling Jewels Costume by Pharaonics of Egypt. $450

Bra - 42 inches end to end.The cups are 8 inches across and 7 inches high. D cup.

Skirt/attached belt - the skirt is in two pieces, back is 25 inches across and front is 19 inches across. However, you need to overlap on each side to get the skirt to meet on each side. I would say you could do a 36 - 40 inch hip easy. The length of the skirt is 37 inches.

The costume is clean and in very good shape, but some of the hem has unraveled from the bottom of the skirt. Only noticeable upon close inspection.

Accessories - comes with 2 armbands, 2 anklets, and headband

Purchased gently used and I've never worn it so am asking what I paid: $450 USD plus shipping.
(Costume is worth over $700 new)

More cleaning out the closet. I have gypsyesque ren faire clothes that I'm hesitant to part with but if you're interested let me know and I'll take on the task of determining what I can part with. Here's what I've managed to let go of so far, see my profile for pictures. I'm willing to negotiate the prices as I need more space in my closet and more money for new belly dance costumes. :-)

1. A black velvet heavily beaded choli set, complete with matching arm cuffs and a headband. Dahlal stitched the coins on the front to match our coin belts, which I'm not selling in this listing, but this piece can easily be removed, I think it adds to the top though. It's a one size fits all, and as you can see it fits me, but honestly it's more flattering on everybody else, so I would say it's a Medium/Large. I'm selling the set (choli, arm cuffs, headband) for $38 with $7 shipping for a total of $45.

2. Embroidered gypsy crop top with lace sleeves, size Medium. I'm selling this for a total of $15. It's a very unique top, difficult to let go.

3. Moondance Bellydance burgundy/maroon butterfly sleeve wrap top (Medium) - $14 total

New Black Ballet Slippers

I have a pair of "Illinois Theatrical" leather upper, full suede sole, black ballet slippers for sale. They were ordered for me by someone else and the width is wrong. I only wore them for 15 minutes during a class, they are still in the box. They are size "5.5 M" which fits a street size shoe of around "6 to 6.5 M." I wear a street size shoe of 6 - 6.5 wide. The length was pretty good for me but the width was quite uncomfortable.

*(Ballet slippers are generally bought a little smaller than one's street size shoe length but the width is pretty much true to street size.)

I paid $12.95 + shipping for them and am willing to sell them for $11.50 which would include shipping to anywhere in the US.

This is a hand made costume. Both bra and belt are lined. The bra is very sturdy will hold it's shape well.The bra will fit a 36-38 B/C. This costume will work great for new students, hobbyist class recitals, parties, Goth night, belly fusion, photos, and performances.
This is an original one of a kind costume.

The bra will fit a 36-38 B/C. The bra cups are covered in a blue velvet panne' fabric. The bra is trimmed in a brown gimp trim about an inch wide, with a navy blue border. Beneath the trim is a belled and coined chain. At the center of the bra is an O-ring with a chain with bells attached. The side panels and the straps are made from the same fabric that covers the bra cups. The bra ties across the back kris- cross with D-rings. the bra straps are 48 inches long.

The belt is cover in the same fabric as the bra.This belt will fit a M-L(about up to a 14 in pant size and can be shortened) . The belt also has also has the same brown trim with the navy blue border. The belt is 37 inches long not including the tie ends. The tie ends are 18 inches long. The belt can be shortened if needed before it is shipped.The belt also has 3 Afghani pendants on it . 2 small silver ones and one large multi colored one at the center in the back. The ribbon fringe is made up of various yarns, lace, gimp trim and ribbon in various colors of blues and browns. On each side of the belt is there are silver belled and coined chain for sound and movement.
As stated before this is a one of a kind of original piece of wearable art
This costume has a real elegant flare to it moves very well

I'm also really sad to see this go, but keeping it is pretty impractical as I rarely wear it now. It's a green and purple pirate kitty belt and was the first piece i had made for me. It will do well to fit someone who is a M/L and comes with arm thingies (which my boyfriend didnt get in the picture >| I'll put a pic up on request). I'm looking for $120, it's awesome quality and will probably cost more shipping wise.

Lavender Crushed Velvet Cabaret Bra and Skirt, $180

I started with a simple Lavender Johara with silver sequins and fringe and added lots more beading and fringe in lavender, purple and silver.

I get lots of compliments on this one. It looks great on and has nice movement. But, you know the story—I have made another costume purchase and gotta let some other stuff go to make room (and offset the cost of the new one).

Worn for two performances of about 5 minutes each

Size is a small, about a US 4

Sherbert Orange bedleh w/skirt and veil, reduced to $175

This set is so pretty! It is a converted Turkish Emporium bedleh; the accent colors are gold and pink. 2-layered full chiffon circle skirt (in 5 panels on top layer, with 2 semi-circle panels underneath that I made from it's matching veil), bead and sequin trim. I added a few large AB crystals to it. I have changed the bra a bit, making the middle connecting piece (between cups) wider, and doubled the fringe on that piece. I also removed the large crystal front piece shown in the pics. I'll add detailed pics tomorrow.

bra:32 1/2" end to end, B cup, added padding.
belt: 33 1/2" end to end. I changed the shape of the wire in the belt, it is more rounded in front and back instead of the sharp 'v', and I rounded the curly 'horn' accents at top in front and back.
The skirt is around 35" length. I re-worked the panels so that a bit of thigh shows.

This set has been danced in a lot, but I have taken very good care of it. It's a really well-made and sturdy set. The lining is just a little bit dirty around edges. A few sequins and beads along edges are loose, some missing. About 3/4" of the fringe on the back of the belt(on one side) is missing, some is loose. All of this is really minor. The main beading and the design on the set are great and in perfect condition. Absolutely NO discoloration or aged look to the sequin and bead color.

I can include extra beads and sequins, I have a small bag of them. I have lycra armbands that I made, and 2 beaded/paillette stretch bracelets, these are included. I am also including the rust orange silk veil.

Hand Painted Silk Veil for Sale

This is one beautiful piece of art work hand painted on heavy silk by the lovely Shems! Soft colors of grays/pinks/purples/blues/white/silver with large flowers. Very luxurious!

I purchased this from Shems a couple years ago, who is also an amazing artist besides an incredible dancer! She used to do more of this custom work & maybe still does but I haven't used this yet and I hate to think of it sitting around where it cannot be enjoyed by others. It doesn't match any of my current costumes, so I'm happy to let it go to another dancer to be loved!
I believe she used to sell them for anywhere from $100-$200+? I can see this one day being a collectors item when the art world recognizes her talent! This is much more than your typical veil!

Ok ladies, here's goes...I love this one but time to clean out for Spring and you're the lucky ones!

Gorgeous Hot Pink/Magenta Bella with Lime Green & pink rhinestones and gold beading with brilliant crystals. Incredible Bella details and I love the look of the vintage "jewelry" included on this one. Excellent shape.

Top has shoulder straps and a halter strap that wraps around the back to hook in front. Skirt is one piece with cutouts on left hip (shown in photo with white under it so more easily see the cut-outs) with lovely full skirt & gold thread finishing details on the hem.
Long gauntlets with cut-outs and matching veil included. (I also love wearing this one with a green veil for contrast)

Bra: 36B-C with padding - without padding will definitely fit larger girls
Bra hooks Currently set at about 30" but full length is 34" - has 2 hook settings plus Velcro for added stability

Upper hip laying flat & un-stretched is 34" stretches to 37"

Anklet bells, Rings, and new price on vintage Kuchi Cuffs

1) A new set of India Gungroo Anklet Bells, one silver chain of anklet bells, and two vintage kuchi rings - one with a red stone, one black. $25 shipped to you. (These are in two different pics in my profile, in order to do a close-up of the rings).

2) A pair of metalwork Kuchi Cuffs with lots of link and light green/blue glass insets. The pair is now $25 shipped to you. The opening to slip them onto your wrists is only one inch, though, so they're for those dancers with small, dainty wrists. :)

A couple more things still available:

3) A large Flower and dread Hair Barrette made by Gigi. It's pink, orange and deep purple, and a bit too bright for me - I tend toward earth tones (I only wore it to one performance). It got the dread-like yarn, ribbon yarn, and braids in it and is topped with big fushia pink flowers. The silk flower petels themselves have a bit of wear on the outer edges of the petals from being stored in the plastic you can see if you look close (I have a close-up in my pics). But it's a gorgeous piece, I just don't wear it so I'll let it go. $20 shipped to you.

4) I also still have the big Circle vintage medallion with the large glass insets. Now $25 shipped.

Gorgeous (petite) BELLA for sale!

I have a beautiful BELLA one-of-a-kind original for sale. It's candy apple red and deep purple. Excellent condition. Well loved, but not worn out at all. (I have an incessant desire for new things therefore must sell this one.)

It is petite. I am 5'4", 105 pounds and it fits me perfectly. It would not work for someone taller than me, but definitely shorter. The cup size is a full B or small C. It's padded, but pads can easily be removed. It comes with bra, skirt, arm bands, and headband.

I am asking $500. I will include shipping within Canada and the USA, but not paypal fees. (I do accept credit cards though.)

Yasser Egyptian Bellydance Dress - Reduced to $600

This is a one of a kind dress I purchased from Yasser in Cairo. I bought this thinking that I would use it but it has been sitting "packed" away for the last 2 years. This baby needs to move on.

This black dress is made of stretchy black lycra and features chiffon within the folds of the skirt.

The dress is covered in large and small rhinestones, glass beads, and white pearl-like beads. The dress has a built in bra and separate strap behind for added support. The cup size is a C and will fit chest size 34-36 (two separate hook areas).

The hips of the dress will accommodate up to 36 inches max.

This is a rather form fitting dress so it will not go beyond the measurements listed unless you choose to "stress out" the dress. It could also be worn by someone petite in size. My measurements above are based on stretch.

The dress comes with a headband (featured as a neck wrap in the photos), two upper arm cuffs, and two arm bands. Also included is a black chiffon veil.

Was asking $650 (this includes shipping everywhere)

New Price on Unique Vintage Kuchi Collar/Necklace

I have decided to drop the price on my one-of-a-kind necklace. There's a pic of it in the photos here, and a couple in my pics. I originally got it from sirik on ebay (for those who don't know, he's an importer of fabulous, to-die-for Kuchi and Banjara jewelry). I have never seen another like it. The first row of dangling glass pendants (11 of them) alternate between red and green. The second row (also 11) alternate blue red. The choker itself has a red glass square pendant in the middle, and a red and green glass pendant on each end. There are also little beaten metal "leafs" dangling directly down from the checker just above the first row of glass pendants. This gorgeous necklace is in great condition, all glass pendants here and intact, as well as the little leafs. There's another pic of it in my pics. It's now $160.00 shipped. You won't find one like it again.

Important Ebay information - massive changes harm sellers

Please delete this if it isn't allowed, but I thought that everyone should be aware of what Ebay is trying to pull. It is especially damaging to small businesses.

It's a little long, so here's the short version:

- they are reducing the listing fee by 5 cents and making Gallery free. On the surface this looks great, and this is how they are marketing the change - as a "fee reduction". However, if you read the fine print you'll find that they are raising Final Value Fees (The fee the seller pays when the item sells at auction) by as much as 33% to 66% for some sellers.

- if you have below a 95% monthly satisfaction rating on Ebay, Ebay will not display your auctions in the search engine. This seems reasonable until you consider people who don't sell in high quantities. For example, if you sell 10 items one month and 1 of them has a neutral or negative left for it by a buyer (deserved or not), you can no longer list auctions on Ebay and have them show up in the search engine, which makes it virtually impossible to improve your feedback rating since none of your items will ever sell.

- they are removing the ability for sellers to leave feedback for buyers. This despite the fact that many sellers have been burned by buyers who try to extort the sellers by threatening to leave bad feedback if they don't ship something for free, or institute fraudulent chargebacks claiming the item never arrived. This, coupled with the 95% feedback rule, means that one or two unscrupulous buyers can completely ruin a small business' reputation on Ebay and make it impossible for them to continue selling.

- if you have less than 100 total feedbacks or you have less than 95% satisfaction rating, and you sell an item, Pay Pal will not give you your money for 21 days. They are indeed expecting sellers to ship goods without pay, releasing the money only when the buyer gives positive feedback or 21 days has elapsed. How much you wanna bet that many buyers will then claim the item was not as described and have the charges reversed?

- they instituted a 15% discount as a "Seller Reward", but out of Ebay's top 500 Powersellers only SEVEN qualify for the 15% discount according to the criteria given.

Ebay claims that they're only targeting 'problem sellers', but really the ones who will suffer are the small businesses and individuals. Essentially they are making Ebay suited only for large businesses who move tens of thousands of dollars a month, and making it impossible for small businesses, hobbyists and casual sellers to function on the site.

Many sellers and buyers are holding a strike on February 18th through February 25 - that includes no buying, no listing, no selling, no auctions on those days. If you agree that these policies are NOT acceptable, please honour this boycott in order to get the message out.

Pharonics Costumes for Sale and More

Hi Everyone,

I have these listed on Bhuz as well. I really need to sell some of these to help fund other purchase and to make my sister's tuition payment. Every price includes shipping and insurance.

1. Purple Rising Star Pharonics- $500

Bra- 39" end to end and will fir up to a C cup (Pharonics #3 cup for those of you familiar with the sizes)

skirt-unstretched is 28" but has lots of stretch

length-34" hip to floor in the front and 36" hip to floor in the back

This costume has only been worn once for a ten minute performance. Originally the straps were like a regular bra but I sewed them into a halter style. I didn't cut any of the straps off so they can easily be seam ripped and sewn back the way they
were.

I don't notice any missing stones but it does have a snag here and there from the rhinestones. There is a slit in the front center that has two flaps on either side that cover it.

The pictures are rather dark. The costume is actually a nice violet purple.

Comes with anklets and headband.

2. Orange Full Costume (not a Pharonics)-$500

I have never worn this one but I love the flower motif and assymetrical bra.

bra is B small C cup
underbust is 37" end to end

skirt is 22" unstretched and 36" max at the top because of beading
length is 38"

The bra is missing some beading on the back strap. This can be covered if you switch which straps the hooks are on.

The skirt has a zipper in the back and cute cut-outs on the hips with a slit over the left leg.

3. Petite Leopard (not a pharonics)-$495

I bought this a year ago with full intention of altering it to fit me but I never found the motivation so I'm passing it along to a dancer who will love it. It is not a Bella but was made by one of her designers who decided to start his own costuming business.

Bra is a B/small C cup 31" underbust end to end
Belt is 36" end to end
Skirt is 26" unstretched and 38" max at the top
35" long

The skirt has lattice work on both sides from the hip to mid thigh and is left open the rest of the length.

4. Blue Pharonics- $550

I've only worn it three times but it is absolutely stunning. It's loaded with AB crystals and the contrast of silver and blue make this an eye catcher.

bra B/C cup 37" end to end (missing one rhinestone, check picture below)
cups are 8" across the inside and 6" top to bottom on the inside
skirt is 28" unstretched and has lots of room, 38" long

The skirt has a slit over the left leg which is covered by the strips from the braid.

It is in good condition except the already mentioned rhinestone on the bra and regular wear and tear. There are unnoticeable snags from the many rhinestones.
