1. I realized I was too chicken to dance with fire after buying a Fire Palms set I've not used once. I bought the fire palms package from Luxotica-and have watched the DVD once. I will sell the Fire Palms. with a 1' by 1'" kevlar wick on each-and the DVD by Leslie Rosen on hot to dance with fire.

hey guys! I've been going crazy for a red costume that I can fall in love with, but everything I fall in love with costs more than my life is worth. LOL. I like both bra and belt sets and bra and skirt sets, though I am not a fan of Turkish style. I like Egyptian style. =)

Royal Blue Glass-beaded Neckelmann's, B-C cup approximately

Hello! I'm selling this Neckelmann's. It has only been tried on, not worn or performed in. It's had no alterations done, so hooks will need to be added to both the bra and belt (belt has velcro only, as Neckelmann's usually does). There are blue, multicolored, and silver beads. The bra is a soft cup style.

Bra is approximately a B-C cup. Band length is 34 inches. Belt is approximately 34 inches. Pictures are available in my gallery.

Violet purple costume w/ white fringe - $375

Bra features large AB crystals and straight and looped fringe in three colors. Beaded back straps are comfy double t type. Underbust strap is 34" long, cups inside measurement pressing in is 7" side-to-side, 6" up & down; and 7" diagonal. Front underbust cup edge to cup edge - 11.5"; center fringe - 5".

Belt is separate from the skirt, comes in 2 parts and has two large hanging medallions. Front is 20", back is 25.5" one side currently sewn together. Width of belt form - 1.5".

Skirt is purple lycra with long 6" white and silver eyelash fringe lushly distributed all over. Skirt is 40" long, waistband stretches from 27" to 40", and a has one high slit which starts 13" from top of skirt.

Includes necklace w/ large AB crystal, two anklets, two long decorated gloves and headband. (Akai veil shown in first pic not included.)

Condition is very good, a stunning costume! It says I am here and ready to dance, look at me!! :-) I bought this online just days ago from another dancer and have never danced in it, just tried it on. It doesn't work for my super-small chest size, but this will look amazing on someone else. $375 plus shipping - will do payment plans.

ISO Blue/green belt.

My roommate has recently gotten a new job that requires her to get a Cabaret costume (she usually does tribal ), so she is in need of a costume in a relatively short amount of time (by the 31st) and has been searching the internet for a god one.

However, she has been unable to find anything, which has led to much despair. But in a crazy random happenstance, we ended up at Goodwill this morning, where, lo and behold, a flash of blue sequins was seen amongst the racks! A quick investigation showed it to be none other than a beaded and sequined bra, in the exact color scheme she was looking for! (For 8.59 including tax none the less!)

Only the bra was there, however, so she finds herself still searching for a belt that matches. Her hip measurement is 37", though it would be alright if it was larger, just not much smaller than that. Any help would be much appreciated in this endeavor, and any stores that sell bra/belt sets in general would be nice too, as she is still looking for one (she is using this one as a temporary one for now :) )

Here is a picture of the bra, though the colors are brighter in life. The sequins are iridescent, and the base is royal blue, so depending on the light and angle, the colors can shift from purple to green.

Waist 28" unstretched (stretches to 38"), waistband is 2" wide, 44" long (hip to ankle, not inseam). I'm only 5'2" usually a 31" inseam, would definitely fit 5'5"-6", but not too much taller as they are meant to puddle around your feet.

Closet Cleaning........a fun DIY project....

Ok so I had bought these with the intention of making them over into some fantastic cabaret sets and never got around to it. I'm trying to clean my closet and liquidate the things I don't use and am admitting to myself I won't use. I'm more tribal anyhow. These would be a great DIY project.

Blue Dress=has beautiful fringe along the sleeves and the bottom as well which hangs at five inches. Tones of bead work and sequins. This dress is a size 8 "Oleg Cassini - Black Tie" gown. Really fantastic to wear or make over. due to the fact that this is a designer gown I would love to get $30 for it and I'll include domestic shipping in the US in that.

Green Dress & Purple Dress= the next two dresses are almost identical except for color and variations on the sleeves. These have tons of beautiful beaded applique work around the neck and chest area which carries onto the back. These could easily be re-worked into some show stopping sets for dancing. These are both "Laurence Kazar - New York" labels from the 1980's and are both in beautiful condition. Both are size Medium. Both are 100% Silk exterior and lined with Rayon. Again because of what they are I'd really like to get $30 each and again, I'd include domestic shipping within the US.

ISO 32-34 Bra, and belt set

I paid 1300 for this beauty and i've only worn it twice but it's sliding off me. i call it my lady gaga because i used it to dance to poker face, it has these huge cube beads on it, kinda like dice. as well as crystals and other smaller beads. one side of the bra is one color and the other isa different color, just from the beading alone! the fabric is a neat sorta tie dye of pinky coral and gray gunmetal. it has built in undies, i put in a liner when i wore it. has 2 armbands also.
MEASUREMENTS:
BRA: 30-35INCHES IT HAS STRETCH TO IT, CUPS ARE 6x7.5 BUT THIS IS WITH ALL OF THE PADDING STILL IN THEM. THE CUPS FROM ONE END TO THE OTHER ARE 15.5INCHES.
SKIRT: TOP OF SKIRT- THONG PART- 31-36INCHES. THE HIP/BUTT AREA IS THE TOP OF THE FIRST "CUTOUT" AND IT IS 32-41 INCHES. IT WOULD BE EASY TO SEW THE CUTOUTS TOGETHER WHICH WOULD ALSO TAKE UP SOME OF THE LENGTH OF THE SKIRT. THE SKIRT IS 44INCHES LONG.

2) Brand new, NEVER BEEN WORN mamdouh. i have too much purple. i know, you never thought i'd say it. :-)

i'll try to get better pics of it on a body tonight. the color is coming up kinda blue but it's a true purple.
the bra has a piece of fabric that falls over the shoulder and can be wrapped around the arm or attached to something if you like. halter strap is long goes around the neck over to one side of the bra. the back attaches with a hook and is stretchy. the skirt has built in shorts. the skirt is really neat. one side has the purple sheer fabric over it and the other side has the same fabric but over a slit. i tried to move it around in the pics so you could see it.
the fabric isn't just a flat purple, it has silver in it. almost like a marble patterned in silver into the fabric.
i hope i've given enough of a description.

it's really cool beading and dangles and it has built in shorts. the skirt attaches on one side sarong style so it's possible to move it to get more coverage. the hem has lost some of the beading and the price reflects that.

The piece of the same fabric that comes off of the left bra strap and has a snap that goes to a snap on one of the armbands. the armband could be adjusted to sit lower on the arm or the wrist.
measurements:
BRA: 33inches end to end- you could always extend it by sacrificing an armband. it is a B/C, dome style,a full C could fit if you take out the padding (it came lightly padded)
SKIRT: the top of the skirt is 31-33 inches, the beading at the top isn't allowing me to stretch it farther. the hip/butt area is 34-38 inches- i dont want to pull on it that hard. it's a purple sparkly fabric, plus the beaded swags. and it is about 38 inches long.

Lots of colored stones! some small rhinestones are missing out of the chains. not noticable since there's so much on this costume. awesome fringe scattered on the skirt. rhinestone ball dangles from point on bra/top.

cups are 6 1/2 vertical, 7 1/2 horizontal, 8 diagonal. Since there is lycra between, above and below cups, you get more coverage.
band/strap is 40" max
for reference I'm a 38 D.

Skirt:
has elastic in it currently. upper hip would fit from 34/36" to 42" max
length from top of skirt to point of lycra 36"
from top of skirt to bottom of chiffon 39"
there are no beads on the hem, could easily be shortened.

I have some hand made bras, a hunter green one and a twilight blue one, 36C, made from dance bras from LRose. (2) 32 inch fringe belts, one silver and one dark green from LRose. Drapes and a U-top from LRose to match the blue bra. White gloves, LRose. I have a truquoise half top brand new from LRose. I have a gold satin charmeuse skirt from WE3 and a fuchsia 25 yard skirt from Moondance.

I have a turquoise/silver bedlah with a matching skirt that I won and have never worn.

I'm just cleaning my closet and don't wear these things. All the pics are in my profile, thanks so much for looking!

Gold Costume $100

Gold Costume - $100.00 not including shipping. Bra straps from one end to the other is almost 41". Top of belt is 38". full B/C cup, I had to pad it because I am a B. I also had to adjusted the hooks to make the costume smaller, so there is some overlap - could be taken out a bit. Does not include arm bands.

...it was too wide across the shoulders, so there is an extra "box" dart down the middle back seam to the hip area that can be let out with little to no trouble
...I'm 5'6" and it's plenty long enough for me

Pantaloons
...cuffed at the ankles, with a brocade-like trim - gold threads on black background
...fabric is a "shirt-weight", slightly sheer fabric - beige w/ pale patterned stripes (brick red and a darker taupe)
...elastic waist, will go to 42" (+\-) and the outside leg length is 47"

The top have sheer 3/4 "sleeves, the underbust will stretch to 40" (I am a DD cup and it fits me just fine) and the pants have sheer ruffled bell bottoms with red beading, the waist stretches to 44".

LRose lace up choli bra for sale

I have an LRose lace up choli bra with double strings for sale. Size small. It is made of Shangri'la tie dye velvet which has shades of blue, green, teal, and purple and it has a royal blue lining.

Blue Bedlah (Pharonics) for Trade

Hi Folks,

I have a well-loved, second-hand (to me) bedlah (which I believe is a Pharonics of Egypt) that I'm looking to trade for another costume of similar age. This costume is in very good condition - no major problems. A few beads missing, a few rhinestones missing, but could be easily repaired (I just don't have the time). It has a headband, and four cuffs - though, you need skinny arms for these cuffs (which I don't have)! But you could remove the beads around the edges of the cuffs, and since they're stretchy they'd fit. It's absolutely stunning! And I will clean it well before releasing it to anyone new.

My measurements are 36B bra, and 40" hips - this would fit an A,B, or C cup, and could go another inch or two on the hips if you want to move the hooks.

I can also include a blue, 36" inch chiffon double slit circle skirt (it has a few snags, but nothing glaring).

I'm looking for a similar costume, similar condition, in fuchsia, lime green, purple, or possibly black (if there's enough beadwork). I'm particularly fond of pailettes!

Some beaded costume items

Fabric pieces perfect for tribal

I have these remnants I probably am never going to use.

I put one lot on eBay here: http://tinyurl.com/nbngbh which has a photo, and I have more of the same or similar fabric. I will sell them for best offer, I need to save money for a workshop I'm going to.

The description is:

One piece of jacquard type medium weight fabric with very slight nap in a large scale paisley/floral in subdued shades of russet tan, deep wine, peacock blue, pea green and tomato red. 50" long x 12" wide; one of the long sides is a nice, fringy selvedge.

One piece of jacquard type medium weight fabric with very slight nap in a pattern of 1.5" diamonds in dusty gray-beige, chocolate brown, golden yellow and maroon. 55" long x 9.5" wide with fringy selvedges on the short ends.

One piece of soft, fluid wool suiting somewhat felted and fuzzied by the washing machine (this fabric will felt nicely for you if you wash it further in hot soapy water). Chocolate brown. Irregular trapezoidal shape approximately 16" square.

One piece of taffeta-type fabric with a woven texture of slight ridges with stripes of brick red, golden yellow, deep green and deep blue. Slight lustrous look like shantung silk. 13 x 9".

All fabrics have been washed and machine dried by me. The other lot I have includes the paisley jacquard, the diamond jacquard, a small piece of the brown wool and a generous piece of plum-colored one-way-stretch velvet or velour.

1. This is a lovely brown/copper velvety costume project which includes bra, belt, unfinished short skirt, 2 pieces extra fabric(one way stretch)
Bra would fit a B real well, A with padding. Belt is two pieces sewn together. 35” long but you can add two more inches by unsewing it. Fringe on belt is 4” on runner. I do not have any extra fringe. Short unfinished skirt is 24” wide and has elastic in it. 24” unstretched. The bottom part of it is at an angle. Shortest point is 18”, longest point is 20”. The bottom of the skirt has had some fabric removed. The 2 extra pieces of fabric are both 28" by about 19".

2.This is a very well handmade set!! The jewels are hand sewn on, not glued! The bra is lined with black felt and is padded. I’m a 36c and it was too small for me. This would fit a B well. End to end the bra measures 28 ½” underbust. The shoulder straps have been extended. If you’re handy with a needle & thread you could easily extend the back straps with all the extra fabric if need be. Or make a straight skirt to go with it! The belt is lined with red velvety fabric and measures 36” long. It is two pieces sewn together but can easily be separated to add 2 more inches.

I have another one of these skirts. Looks very similar to Mardi love's Vintage skirt. Made of 100% linen. Size 6. Top of the skirt is 14 inches (28 inch waist). Length of 23 inches. Made with metallic embrodery, glass beading, and clear rhinestones. Rhinestones are plastic. $35 shipped in the US.

Tribal Bible sale/auction( X posted)

I bought this years ago from Canada and it cost me then $60 Canadian.
The bottom the spine was slightly damaged in transit but it is not a real problem . It is read but all pages are in good - excellent condition. Small stain (coffee probably) on top of inside cover. That's its' little problems..apart from this how much a people willing to pay for an iconic book? 10% of the sale will go to Just Because.www.justbecause.org.uk

Beyond the Basics II from Dahlal, one Red, one Blue

Hello all! I'm selling two of my Beyond the Basics II sets from Dahlal. They are both about a C-D cup.

Red: Belt is 39 1/2 and the top is 36 1/2 inches
Blue: Belt is 38 1/2 inches and the top is 34 inches.

The red one is a halter style and has been performed in once. The blue has longer shoulder straps that have been unattached, so you can adjust them however you prefer. The blue has only been tried on, never danced in.

I need to double check on the shipping, but I generally use the priority flat rate boxes, which are around $10 I believe. I take paypal only. No refunds, so if you have any questions, be sure to ask before you buy!

Vintage Lace silver Costume $300 OBO

Up for resale "Vintage White Lace Costume". I bought this on Bhuz back in April for $395 and just don't have the time to give it the TLC that it needs. I'm selling this as I received it. It is a beautiful costume but I just don't have the time to give this the TLC that it needs to really sparkle. I've never worn it. The only thing that I've done to it is remove the padding in the bra. The straps will probably need to be replaced and it may need a soaking in Woolite. If you put the padding back in the bra then you may not need to reline it. I am a 36c so I took the padding out and was going to reline the bra but didn't get that far so it still has the original lining. The previous owner suggested giving it a bath in woolite to really make it shine since it is a vintage costume. The skirt has some stains on it so a bath in woolite would help that too. Beadwork is all glass and VERY intricate, but some pailettes are just starting to wear.
Here is the original description.
"Time to let this beauty go... I just never wear it anymore, and this sparkly monster deserves to be onstage!! $395 s/h included to USA
Vintage silver and white lace costume. MEGA-AB-rhinestone-bling and amazing beadwork! Silver beadwork and small pailettes on intricate white lace base. This one really sparkles onstage.
Bra C (B with padding) 7” x 6” cups, 33” around chest (can expand much larger, 40" or so). Belt in two pieces, currently set to fit 36” lower hip, 33” upper hip, can go to 39” upper, 41” lower. Skirt is mermaid handkerchief style, 41” at longest point, could be shortened no problem, circumference could expand up to 40” hips. Comes with two matching lace sleeves and two matching lace wristlets.
Needs a little TLC but it's currently quite stage-ready…I’ve given it a bath in Woolite, probably will need another one to really shine. I’ve replaced the lining recently, but as it’s white it might need to be replaced again. Beadwork is all glass, but some pailettes are just starting to wear. Take this one home…this vintage costume is complex and stunning!!"

The original description said "quite stage-ready" but IMO it needs the work done that I mentioned first. The pic in photobucket of someone wearing it is the previous owner. Asking $300 OBO. Shipping in US included.

Ramadan Costume Clearance

It's that time again where I need to start emptying my closet for the next post Ramadan season.
For size reference I'm 5'9"/175cm and weigh 140lbs./63 kilos. The costumes can easily be made smaller and shorter.

RED BELLA:
This fire-y beauty was bought from Bella hasn't been used all that much since it's
honestly a little too small from me (as so many of my costumes are).
It is one of her top of the range styles with amazing cut outs on both
sides of the skirt, peep holes in the bra and as always spectacular
beading with lots of crystals.

The waist (or rather hip) band measures 34 inches or 86 centimeters
but stretches around my 36"/92cm top of hip.
Length from top of skirt to hem is 40"/101cm

The bra is a very padded C cup but if the padding was taken out it
could probably fit a small D cup in it.
Measures 31"/80cm under bust

although I must say that it looks more orange in the video picture will show that it's in fact fire engine red with red and gold beading.

I'm asking $950 I bought it for more than that less than a year ago.

OLIVE GREEN BELLA:
This costume is less than a year old. In addition to the velvet and chiffon trumpet shirt which is in the pics I had Bella make me a chiffon circle skirt in the same color.
It's a real princess piece with royal colors and a classic cut belt. The bra has some cheeky cut outs. When worn with the circle skirt you can see the cut outs in the belt as well!

I took the pics alone so I'm afraid the colors look a little dull on account of the flash in the mirror! I think it looks warmer in real life.

Ramadan Costume Clearance #2

The Ramadan closet cleaning continues.... here are two more fab costumes.

I've been getting a lot of size questions so just for reference I am 5'9"/175cm and about 140lbs./63kilos. Both of these could easily be shortened since there is no beading on the hems of the skirts. Oh and I pad my bras like crazy so even a B cup could fill these babies out.

RED W GOLD BELLA:
This is a ultra sparkly tomato red Bella, with hologram gold sequins, crystals, and a beautiful neck detail on the bra. The bra also has little upper arms sleeves that are attached via the shoulder (see pics to fully understand )

The base of the bra and belt is velvet but the skirt is a chiffon circle skirt. What is not apparent from most of the pics is that it has a golden/yellow under layer which looks great on stage.

Size:
Bra- Large C to D. 31' underbust measures 13" across the inside of the cups
Belt 38" but can be taken in and re-centered to fit a smaller size

Skirt Legnth 41"

Asking $800 plus shipping from Dubai (usually $30 to the US)

BLUE BELLA
This baby is one of my favorites, it's been with me on multiple continents, on table tops and camel's backs and it still looks great. (It's been washed since the camel ride)
It's simple but classic and people love.... it's just so sweet.

Like the red and gold the bra it has little of the shoulder upper arm cuffs. The belt is very simple but has a little flower detail on the left hip. The chiffon skirt is attached to the belt which is very convenient, it can easily be moved if you want to show more or less leg.

Bra: Large C to D 34" underbust, 13" across the inside of the cups

Belt: Picture shows 36" but it curves so it's actually more like 38

Skirt: 41"

Eman Zaki Red one of a kind Custom Design

Hey all - don't know if the listings thing is working here as i can't find where I put it!! DOH!!

I have been dying to have an Eman for SO SO long - and now I finally have one, i have to sell it!! My finances are really tight at the moment, so I can't justify having just bought this amazing costume (unfortunatley when I ordered it i was fine with cash flow!). It took a long time for various reasons to finally get it, and sadly i'm going to have to watch it go.

It is unworn (apart from me trying it on of course), and VERY dramatic. This will be a showstopper.

I asked Eman directly for the custom design after seeing a video of Randa in something similar (red with very simple dramatic accents).

It is one of a kind.

My bra size is 36D or 38C - but this would also fit a 34C/D because of the stretch back strap. It also has room for alteration.

My upper hip measurement is 38 inches. I would not recommend this skirt to anyone with a larger high hip measurement unless you like wearing your skirts high up (I like mine well below my bellybutton!). My biggest bottom measurement (low hip!) is 43 inches - i think this skirt would look better on someone who's lower hip is not dissimilar to the upper hip. It wasn't desperately flattering on my big muscly thighs, but I'm still mortified I wont' get to wear this.

My hip to floor measurement is 39 inches. The back of the skirt is slightly longer than the front (reaching the floor if i wear it on my high hip) and it has a slit in the left front with lots of interesting rouchy things there too. The skirt could be shortened easily if you are not tall enough (i'm 5'8") Not to mention the amazing diamante (crystal AB) crystals everywhere!! They are HUGE too!!

Very dramatic.

3.5-yard silk veil in Orchid/voilet/fuchia/pink (5-pictures below) graduates from one color to the next. The pictures do not pick this up too well. The colors are very light. I got this from a vendor at a workshop recently. This is a heavier silk than Akai's and seems a little wider as well. I would like $20 for it which includes S&H and confirmation.
